what does everyone think of him? i personally wouldn't have him in my squad. vastly over rated constantly moans and swears at officials who he no respect for, and not a good finisher.

But if you say he´s a thug, maybe he could be compared with Bowyer (= my fav player!!). Or does Bellamy have any skills to be compared with Bowyer?

he relies on pace and that he is playing up front with the god thats is alan shearer. not thta good and cant finish and moans all the time. even robson says he does, so many bookings this year for dissent its a joke

Bellamy could be a very good player if he listened to older and wiser heads, he has been fined twice for incidents involving drink and cautioned by the police and he's only been at the club 9 months. The boozing will catch up with him soon

Maybe so. But if he can improve his finishing and grow up a bit outside the club then he can be a top player. He`s not as bad as people think if you look at his stats! Ok, so he can be a pain in the arse at times, but he is better now than he was when he first came. So he`s learning a bit!! I think its 10 goals he`s scored now? not that bad!! Gets caught offside a bit too often though. Also is work rate is excellent.

Having pace is a pretty good thing for a striker I think you might find. His relationship with Shearer is a good combo. Think of Owen / Heskey or Owen / Shearer for that matter. I agree it might not be effective with a different combo, but isn`t that the idea? finding a good partnership? also, Shearer didn`t score his goals for him?? I`m not too concerned how his indivudual skill is! as long as when he is in the team he performes. You`ll get a closer look at him soon enough though......

(can`t argue about the Welsh thing though...... got me there!!! haha)

he cant finish though. all agem in moans and he thinks that he can swear constantly at the officilas and get away with it. thinks he is good for scoring in the premier league. but noel whelan is doing that. very average footballer.

ok. as long as other teams keep treating him as an average footballer then I`ll be happy!!!! maybe then he`ll get us another 10 goals. Did you know his shots on target % is better than Henry and Hasslebaink? and that he has had the 4th most shorts on target? Not bad for being so avergage eh?

you seem to have a bit of a problem with bowyer, whats the matter? need some talent on your squad???

2 questions and one point. First why do you care he doesn't play for you, second how many times have you seen him play. Unless it's at least every home game how can you say anything about the player. And now my point. He's scored 15 goals this season and Heskey has only scored about 7 and yet this only Bellamys first season at the club so you can't exactly say he's bad when you only have 1 good striker at your club.

With Bella's netting 15 goals this season I think I would say if thats average? Then I LOVEaverage. This is his first season with the TOON beware the rest of you Premier teams as this AVERAGEplayer is going to get better. Bellamy is a very good striker and will get better , he is very quick and has good finishing. I do have to say he is a bit of a whinger and does lash out sumtimes but i would not put him in the same league as alan smith.

He's not a good finisher (yet) however he has still scored however many goal I said in the previous post (about 14 was it ?) He makes goals for himself and for other people and the rest of his play is brilliant, once he gets top shooting (and lets face it with Shearer there to coach you, your shooting will get better) then he will be up there with the best.
