Milan duo hit out at Konan

Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti and vice president Adriano Galliani have hit out at Lecce midfielder Axel Konan for his foul on Kaka.

The Rossoneri all but surrendered the title to Juventus when drawing at Lecce, but the club were just thankful that Brazilian star Kaka escaped serious injury in the match.

Kaka was caught by an over the top tackle from Konan and Ancelotti and Galliani feel there is no place in the game for such incidents.

"Konan's foul on Kaka was really dangerous and a similar thing hasn't explanation," said Ancelotti. "The match has been correct and there was nothing of note, apart from that incident."

Galliani added: "It's impossible accepting certain things in football. It's not possible there is 'zero tolerance' only for supporters. Konan's foul on Kaka has been a crime.

"It has been a really bad episode. I hope never to see such a thing on a football ground again."

LMAO!!!!!! and galliani thinks theres still place for milan players to slap juve players? the crime is that inzaghi got away with it.

juve have just been milans scape goats for the past decade, there is no proof of corruption amongst juve, saying juve take drugs and bribe refs are accusations not fact!, but for galliani to suspend zlatan for a minor headbutt and not to even consider punishing any of his own players for slapping to me sound like corruption.

as for thuram i dont expect him to make a fuss out of it because hes not a cry baby like pippo when he loses the ball. but isnt it ironic how the tv companies - who happen to be under control by members of the milan board have not used video evidence against pippo? but against other players for example zlatan, just weeks before the milan game.

I can see why Zio Fester and Ancelotti were slightly angry that was a dirty ass tackle

BTW Inzaghi was off side as was Sheva for his goal

Konan pays for Kaka challenge

Quote:

Lecce star Axel Konan has been given a three-match ban for a horrific challenge on Kaka, while in Serie B Perugia’s Jamal Alioui is suspended for eight games.

Konan was shown a straight red card for his very high tackle on Kaka during Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Milan and the Disciplinary Commission imposed a heavy penalty.

“The Lecce player struck his opponent’s knee with violence and with his studs raised,” explained the report. “The challenge came after Kaka had already passed the ball, so it was not consistent with the move.” Kaka will not play in Serie A again this season and will miss the first match of the next campaign.

In Serie B, the Disciplinary Commission has come down hard on those involved in the unsightly brawl that concluded Friday’s match at the Stadio Bentegodi. Perugia ran out 2-1 winners, but the game was marred by repeated racist insults from the Hellas Verona supporters.

A fight broke out and Perugia defender Jamal Alioui punched several players, earning him an eight-match ban, while Verona goalkeeper Jess Vanstrattan has been suspended for three games for his part in the scuffle.

Verona will also pay the price for their fans’ behaviour, as they will have to play their next home game behind closed doors. It isn’t the first time Hellas supporters have been caught chanting racist insults and the Disciplinary Commission report noted that “there was no attempt to disassociate themselves from their behaviour.”
I cant believe that some ppl even if they hate ac like i do are happy with this i mean this is a crime u just dont get'it that Kaka is just a football player and his life is built on that its the job that earns him money he could'v ended kaka's career therefor his life this is a crim an unjustified crime and as a football fan i cannot accept such thing.
