The best match I've seen LIVE (in stadium)

I remeber. I was year ago in the last matchday in our league, in Friday. It was very important match, with Wisla Craov. We fight for Supercup and better location Wisla know that the title of Master of Poland. I was with my dad and my friend. What a match! I felt that I saw the most intersting match in this year in Poland. First we scored, next Wisla, again Lech and Wisla. 2:2. The end of match. But it must be penalties because we don't know who achieve Supercup. One of spikers said: Raise your ass and they were penalties... it was great match for Piatek - Lech goalkepper who defends very well (2 of 4 penalties!!!) I remeber that Zurawski scored and somebody. In our team, everybody scored. What a eufory! I remember over that 20000 people in stadium are happy and they shouted: Lech Lech Kolejorz & my one's love is Kolejorz and other songs. My neighbour huge me when it turned out that Lech was better that Wisla.
I have never forgotten this match. I love Lech still. We have song in Polish: Czy wygrywasz czy nie ja i tak kocham Cię alealo Kolejorz gol! In English: You were wining you were losin but I'm still loving you. Thats beatiful in football. Fans or one family. I love going to matches!!!
Please tell us about other great matches, you saw.

Interesting story. I was in Poland once and visited the Wisla Krakov stadium - unfortunately there wasn't a game on at the time.

Not sure of the best game I've ever been to but I really enjoyed being at the Portugal v England game at Euro 2004.

Lol my match with Wisla is too weak in comparison to yours matches. But I'm only 28 yar old and a lot of matches before me. I think about some match in World Champions in Germany because I live in Poznan near this country and I fancy to go there. For example in some match when Poland plays if our team will qualified to this Champions. But I hope so. To BErlin I have only about 3 to 4 hours. Why not ? It can be very good experience for me if I decided to go.
Now I think about Lech next match with Pogon Szczecin.
Haha its funny I'm impresed in polish maatch and you tell me about England against Portugal. I'm stupid

Not at all. Another game I was just thinking about that I went to was Spisske Podhradske v Marcov in the Slovakian 4th league. That was a good day - beautiful weather and a castle on a hill behind the pitch. See photo:

Lol, I think that this match wasn't in high level play but view was beatiful! Castle on a little mountain in background. But interesting fact is that you see matches like England - Portugal or some 4th slovakian league and you live in Scotland? Is it strange????

Yeah, it probably is a bit strange - I just like to go to games whenever I am in a different country, as well as going to World Cups and European Championships.

Here you are some of my favourite matches at the stadium:
- Belgium - Turkey 0:2 in 2000.
- Red Star Belgrade /Serbia/ - PSV Eindhoven /Netherlands/ 3:2 in 2004.
- Bulgaria - Germany 3:2 in 1995.

The most fascinate and strange match is the last: Lech - Pogon. We were losing 1:0 and we heard that our Pope died... all fans shouted Stop Match! and We are leaving!. The referee agree with fans decisiona and the match was stopped. All players in pitch stand in center of pitch and they were praying. Some players were crying like Zakrzewski. All fans song our National Song: Mazurek Dabrowskiego. Then, all fans left stadium in silence... it was sad, nobody want to say sth and use some vulgarism... It turned out that our Pope was still alive but he was at the end of his life and he died in Saturday at 9:37 in our time, in greenwich time at 7:37.
The match will be restart of course since 39 minute with result 1:0 to Pogon. I think that I and you will never see match like that in future.

yeah but it is true. I never forgot this. What a behaviour by fans! (me too ) We removaled all banners from stadium, we shouted: Lech! Minute Silence! Pope died! but they still played. At last, one fan came to pitch and say to referee that Italian TV said that Pope had been died. But it wasn't true, it wasn't official information. Minute Silence and decision about stop the match. All newspapers and websites wrote that fans were excelent that day.
All matches in our and Italian league were relayed after His Death...
