Nissan Irish Open

Should be an interesting tournament after alot of the big players missed the cut in the Open. Will be interesting to see if they bounce back here.

Win Bets:

Darren Clarke - Performed well at the open, should perform well here if he stays accurate from the fairway. Big chance this week

Each Way Bets:

Charl Schwartzel - The young South African burst onto the scene in 2003 and has improved this year, finished 17th here in 2003 and he's come on so much since then I expect he'll have a great chance this week

David Carter - Solid and consistant but not quite making it to the top, shown glimpses of what he's capable of and i'd like to think he could recreate some of the magic that has served him so well here in the past

Ben Mason - Been quiet this year but I think he's got a big week in him and i'd like to think it'll be at a course that should suit

Graeme Mcdowell - Had an amazing year so far and he's looking good to continue the run this week

Carter and Clarkey are -2 after the first round, Mason -3. Charl has a bit of a mare and is +3 and McDowell is +1.
