problem at chelsea

Chelsea has underperformed bigtime.I know it takes time to get to know each other,but the way their wages stands I think a sense of arrogant is building among them.I respect Claudio and that the news of someone else taking over the job hasen't helped him either.League is gone now.They have to concentrate on champions league and try to enter atleast the quarter finals.
Claudio is the only man who can manage chelsea at this point of time.
