Well, it can be 2 nice matches and it will be exciting. Normally Holland should be able to beat Scotland looking to individual capacities, but it won't be easy I think.

I think we'll get a narrow escape.

Would be a shame if Netherlands will not qualify.

Gotta take something at Hampden if we have any chance of going through. I'm looking forward to it but it will be far from easy.

Spain and Holland were the teams I didn't want and look what happens, we just need to get behind the lads and have faith.

After the 2-2 draw with the Faroes nobody thought we would even be here so lets just enjoy it and let the tartan army go invade holland.

Tough draw for us

I can see Holland winning at Hampden but a draw in the away leg

Honestly, I can't see Scotland going through against Holland. Maybe the Scots will get lucky and catch Holland on a day when they are in bad form.

Exactly what I think.

I always like to see a ''smaller'' team produce an upset, but this time it will be hard. I just hope the game will be greatly reffered, and then may the best team win.

hahaha.

Still the Netherlands didn't qualify for the 2002 World Cup, so maybe they will stumble and give the Scots the spot. You never know.

I can see us scoring over the 2 legs but don't think a goal will be enough. Maybe 1-2 at Hampden and 1-1 or 2-1 in Amsterdam.
The draw was fixed, the 5 teams who they would have seeded on TV revenue and footballing terms were all kept apart.

WELL DONE LENNART YOU MAY GET THE TOURNAMENT YOU WANTED

Although I have a sneaky feeling Latvia and maybe Norway can sneak a result and get through.

We (Holland ) shouldn't have much trouble, this Scotland isn't that strong IMO, although they did give Germany a hard time.. But Germany lacks attacking power, so no wonder they could hardly score.. I'm pretty sure Holland will qualify, we're simply so much better and even if Scotland is underestimated the 1st match, we have a 2nd match to make up, which will also be at home.. I honestly don't see us losing over 2 matches...

I expect us to get a small away victory (1-2 or something) and a bigger home win. (3-0)

Angry

If Scotland wins, it will have to be a very very ugly couple of games.

1-0 (or 0-0) at Hampden, 1-1 away.

I think we can do it, but it won't be nice to watch.

(Shame on all you doomsayers!)

Would be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome if the Scots beat the Oranjes.
Hopefully Donkey Boy van Nistelrooy won't be able to play at those games...
A 1-1 away could be possible...maybe a dirty 0-0 at Hamden and off they go!

Greetingsh.

I am Dootch, and yesh, I have been shmoking quite a bit of de veed. However, I shtill believe that the Shcotsmen vill be too shtrong for us. They are shimply too shcottish for our likingk.

Often I ponder thish ven I am sittingk in my vindmill, but then my mind drifts onto other mattersh, such as my tulips. They are sho frickin beautiful thish time of year. The only problem ish that they cannot be shmoked.

However, I believe the Shcottish vill find it difficult to handle our new Nike Clogsh, vhich we vill be vearingk for Euro 2003.

Yeeeesh.

Let's hope Kluivert will be out of the team, and Makaay will get in.

Otherwise, I hope Scotland will win, and I think they can. They are not worse than Ireland, I think, and they could do it. Holland has no chance of winning the EURO 2004 anyway, so why go there? Better to see a fighting team like Scotland or Ireland than to see a team full of overpaid, spoiled w@nkers messing it up for the Dutch people again!

And the Dutch supporters are sheep, half of them are invited by the sponsors, and don't even know what offside is. 'the Off-side, is that the side behind the goals? Yeah you don't want to sit there, people singing and stuf, ieuw...' Not at all impressive crowds for any opponent...
