Bobby Zamora - welcome to the famous Queens Park Rangers

Well, well, well, finally, after decades of having wankers who lie through their teeth in charge, our current owners have been good to their word & actually spent some money. They've spent a good 25 million in transfer fees in the last 6 months now, which brings me to the point of this thread...welcome to our new record signing, Bobby Zamora! Good luck son & I hope you do well. The fact that the Foolham fans are spitting rage over this makes it all the better

Anyhow, there's no doubt our team, including the manager, is much better now than it was 2 weeks ago. We must have a really decent chance of staying up now

WE R QPR

Good signing, history shows that having a quality striker/s is the key to staying up and I wouldnt bet against QPR with that in mind...

EXACTLY what you needed. He'll form good partnership with Cisse IMO.

As Meathman indicated, Zamora is a terrific signing as long as he stays fit. Not clinical enough in front goal, but puts physical pressure on defenders and links and holds up play really well. In fact we could have done with him tonight against Everton quite frankly to soften up the defenders before bringing on Aguero 2nd half - LOL

don't rate him that highly, but will be interesting to see gerbil & Zamora up top if hughes goes with it.

Any worries about bedding in for these new players stan?

You're forgetting Ned, Tai & the other African, I cant even begin to try & spell his name! But no, I'm not worried. Hughes knows 3 out of the 5 very well & he's managed 2 of them aswell. Every one of them is a big, big improvement on what he already had so I'm quite optimistic.

Zamora will score goals, Cisse will add workrate.

QPR are without doubt better off with them then DJ Campbell and Bothroyd

nah, didn't forget, they're why i was talking about bedding in problems mate.

I think nedum will be a good signing, and anythings better than jay bothroyd. Still you look a better side on paper now for sure.

I'm equally excited & optimistic about Taye Taiwo aswell. Samba Diakite is meant to be hot sh1t aswell. Bottom line, I really trust Hughes's judgement. He just comes across as so thorough & professional.
