Man U vs WOLVES [Carling Cup]
We matched them apart from that tricky Mexican bastard. Well done lads, that's more like it - keep playing like we did tonight & at the weekend against Chelsea & we'll beat bottom & mid table teams..
..loved the way Man U backed off Jarvis. Oh well, focus on the league now.

Very impressed with Jarvis.
Good to see Jones too, still like him.

TBH we were shocking first half, think if you'd have gone for it from the start like you did after the goal you may have won.

Crap first half, you guys didn't work together (though with all the changes, no surprise), where we didn't really press. As said, second half was completely different. We pressed after you scored, then it was a bit end to end.
Hunt looks ok, we do look balanced having him opposite Jarvis - & he isn't up to steam by any means yet.
Fletcher needs to learn to control the ball first touch.. not let it bounce four feet in front of him - still needs to justify that price tag, but he might with balls coming from both left & right.

one point not being mentioned was that goal the linesman gave you,
ok with tv slowing it down it probaly was just a goal. but theres no way that linesman could see it had crossed the line, so the question is "if it had been the wolves scoring that goal would that linesman have giving it."
the answer is NO.
when smaller clubs play these top 3 to 4 top clubs there up against it enough without all 50/50 decisions going to the top clubs especialy on there own grounds.

You're moaning about a decision the linesman got right?
