I don't know if it would be the best choice but I'd like to see Walter Zenga as new coach.

I would give either Prandelli or Spaletti a chance, I think they have done good things with their sides. A huge NO to Benitez, that guy is trash and he annoys me.

Hiddink is being linked too.
Capello for me. Would be difficult but anyone else is too much of a drop off. Please not Miha...

The best would be Capello, he's the most similar to Mourinho in his tactics, although I don't think he's quite as good, but he's still a very good manager. But I don't see Inter just taking him from over from the FA, I don't know if they can get him.

Its too soon for Mihailovic.Zenga would be nice but Capello would be perfect imo.Allegri looks like he's going to Milan so there goes my idea.

Mihajlovic or Capello for Inter?
Mihajlovic declared this month “one day, sooner or later, I will be the Coach of Inter,” so now that Mou is heading to Real Madrid, it could be his chance.
He has just rescued Catania from relegation and has experience at the club, having been there as both a player and assistant manager to Scudetto winner Roberto Mancini.
These reports were fuelled because Mihajlovic was at the Bernabeu for last night’s Champions League Final as a guest of Inter.
When asked if he was returning to San Siro, the former defender said: “I hope so.”
However, the Serb is inexperienced and was fired by Bologna last season, so it would be a gamble after securing an historic Treble.
The most experienced and secure pair of hands would be Capello, who had already been linked with Inter in the past.
He opted to make the step up to international level and took charge of the England squad with a contract that runs beyond the 2010 World Cup, so it would be tricky to tempt him away now.
There are two foreign alternatives for President Massimo Moratti to consider.
Liverpool boss Benitez had been in intense negotiations with Juventus before the club settled on Gigi Del Neri.
The Spaniard is still interested in a Serie A position and has the international pedigree to lead a Champions League holder.
Dutch maestro Hiddink was another potential Juve target, who is currently on an American tour with the Turkey squad.

Miha would be okay if this were the Inter pre-Calciopoli who needed something new but this Inter needs an experienced manager with a big prescence not a guy who's buddies with half the players and has no idea how to manage the champions of Europe. Equally I hope it's not Benitez, he's making Liverpool worse and worse and his purchases are awful.

Inter is so powerful now that they can give the job to a young coach giving him all the support to become a succesful one.

Or Mourinho leaves and suddenly this group of stars who followed him blindly start to have doubts and an unproven young manager comes in and gets a few bad results and loses the dressing room as Inter finish 2nd or 3rd and drop out of the CL in the last 16 or something. IMO we need someone to have the assertiveness to say "look, jose is gone and now i'm in charge and you'll listen to me" with the experience to back it up.

Moratti: 'I'd love Mihajlovic!'
Jose Mourinho is set to begin talks with Real Madrid today, having practically announced his departure live on television after the Champions League triumph.
“Mihajlovic is a Coach of great character and he also learns quickly,” said Moratti on Sky Italia television.
“He is respected by the players, many of whom are his friends. He is much admired and our rapport has remained very good.”
Current Catania boss Mihajlovic is the favourite, especially as he was assistant manager under Roberto Mancini and was in Madrid on Saturday as Inter’s guest.
“In terms of likeability and respect, I would certainly love to choose Mihajlovic, but in all honesty I haven’t made a decision yet.”
The Serb left the club two years ago when Mancini was fired, despite having just won the Scudetto.
Mancio is now at Manchester City and there were even reports he could be recalled to San Siro.
“I was thinking about it on Sunday morning, but he is precisely the one manager I wouldn’t call, as we have already had our time together. Besides, he is enjoying his time in England, so to bring him back would be spoiling things for him.
“Mancini and Mourinho are different, but they have two things in common: talent and courage.”

The last crazy rumour is about PEP GUARDIOLA.
Apparently he hasn't got a contract for next season with Barcelona yet and he is waiting for the next bcn president election to make his permanence at camp nou official.

You sure about that? I'm sure i read a few months ago he agreed a contract and signed, but before that he was worried about the elections like you say.

In the article I read it was written he already reached a verbal gentleman agreement for next season but he will sign a contract only after the election of the new president.
I'd LOVE to have Pep coaching in Italy.
