Shall definitely watch this one, 44 days at ER. The thing I don't understand is when they appointed Clough they knew he would insist on doing things his way and therefore upset some of the players. They should never have appointed him in the first place if they weren't willing to support him. Problem was nobody could ever replace the Don.
Cost the club a lot of money to get rid of him. |

I actually remember the day it was announced that he would take over Leeds is was a real shock. You can not take away the fantastic success he had at Forest but to come to us was a massive error, and I believe something later he life he admitted to.
