Right-back Micheal Lamey, who played last season on loan for AZ, and who has a contract at PSV, joined FC Utrecht for another loan deal for one year.
That means Danish righ-back Brian Priske won't come to Utrecht anymore.

nice player for Utrecht, who knows you can take him over from psv for good next year, I don't think he'll ever play for psv.. but an excellent player for Utrecht..

How does he play?

Will he replace Stijn Vreven?

Does he get forward as much?

Does he have a pony tail?

Quite offensive rightback, he's better than Vreven and doesn't get as many cards..

IMO He is better than Vreven. Vreven played pourly at the first half of this season. He wasn't trying to get to the ball but tried to block of the player.
He was getting a status that wasn't good. At the cup final this year it was the first time you could hear his song quite well.
He is our agressor though, but I feel Lamey is overal a better player.

I don't know....
I think we need someone like Vreven. He was definetly not technical but almost excellant mentally and good physically. You need at least 2 or 3 people like him in a team. Now we lose Kuijt, Gluscevic, Wapenaar and Vreven I fear we lose exeptional qualitys ( now i am not talking about technic or physical qualitys). We still have JP-de Jong as a hard worker but... we will see.

Lamey is good but different. Whe saw the importance of Vreven when he was banned or injured.

I think it's good replacement for Vreven, but Dibbes is right we need some players in the team who can swing the team up and leaders like Kuyt and Wapenaar leaving we need some agressive players and Lamey certainly didn't learn to be agressive last year
