I think he is doing fine recently, in the two international matches i saw n the bundesliga........ but was he injured yesterday tho?
And i think Klose is doing exceptionally well as well. If Ballack remains on form, with talents like Deisler ,Klose, Metzelder, Lahm, Podolski n Schweini , we can definitely do better than wut we are doing now

He played well in Schalke I thought and was okay for Germany.
Still a long way to go...
Still think 2006 is too soon for alot of these players.

---Deisler--------Ballack-------Schweini---
--------------Klose-Podolski--------------
i won't say we are going to beat everyone, but with this line-ups i think everything is possible..

Doind very well lately, a important piece for WC 2006. His recent performance reminds me of him in 2000. And i think in both Bayern n NT he will be the first choice RM. Comparing him to Schneider, i still think he is currently in a much better form

You got it boyo! :drinkbeer That's exactly the line-up I'd chose :USA_Blue
As for Deisler, I'm glad that he is doing so well. He's seems to be very happy at the moment. I always said he should move to another club where the pressure is smaller, but now i think different. Maybe that's exactly what makes him so good: He fought for his place and didn't give up.
I pray every night that he won't suffer any injury. In this form it's not so easy to replace him :ninja Pls Basti stay healthy!:holy247

strings of good performance will definitely boost up his confidence.. this guy has the ability.. it's up to him now to show it to the world!
BTW, i agree that he should be 1st choice as right sided midfielder.. but i reckon that Schneider still has lot to offer.. he's proven to be a very reliable back-up.. still got the touch, maybe lack a little pace..

All during the Confederation Cup, Deisler was getting praised but I never saw why. The only good thing he was doing were some nice crosses.
However, just like all of you have noticed, ive noticed the same thing. Last 6 week or so, i was beggining to see a NEW Deisler (The old Deisler):
good drible and burst and good crosses, good shot and LOTS of confidence, you can see it in his face.
I hope he stays on that path and he will be a definite starter for the NT.
If you can establish yourself as a starter in the Bayern midfield, you can start for anything. He is quickqly becoming an automatic choice for Magath.
Good news for NT
