The pool seem to be buying all they French players most of who are crap when they are far better players around T(So do Arsenal)) there are better playesrs around like Irish Healy of Celtic, Barrett of Arsenal . the big one i think that they should buy is Shaun Maloney . O'Neill doesn't seem to play him but i think that he is a great player and would be great on the right wing on behind the front two.

Exactly. He's French (as is Wenger) and therefore they know the French market. Healy, Barrett and Maloney all aren't good enough for Liverpool at the moment.
