pressing?

do you play with pressing on, because im wondering whether it is worth it, i always play with it on, but im not sure of the benefits

Supposedly, it is best to leave it on, cos then your team will not allow the others to settle on the ball.

It works especially if you play the offside trap as well

I usually have it on, although I can't see any difference. Usually if i'm losing in a match I change a few advanced options around to see if it helps
