Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann has revealed that he has yet to decide which of his three goalkeepers will start in the World Cup.

The former Tottenham favourite has introduced a rotation policy and has now confirmed that any one of Oliver Kahn, Jens Lehmann or Timo Hildebrand could claim the number one spot for 2006.

Bayern Munich veteran Kahn has enjoyed verbal sparring with Arsenal's Lehmann over the past couple of seasons but Klinsmann has yet to rule out Hildebrand's bid for inclusion.

"The race for the number one jersey is open and the decision will be made in May 2006, just before the World Cup," Klinsmann told ZDF.

"We have two world-class goalkeepers in Kahn and Lehmann and one coming through in Hildebrand. They will get their game to impress in the build up for the World Cup.

"The order is Kahn, Lehmann, Hildebrand at the moment but it can all change.

"Perhaps it is unusual for some goalkeepers but we have to be prepared if someone gets injured. This system stimulates competition and gives everyone a fair chance. "Lehmann, Kahn and Hildebrand have all improved this season.''
