Ludwig considers Cologne
by Chris Ives -
Hertha Berlin youngster Alexander Ludwig is considering a move to Bundesliga new boys Cologne.
The Germany Under-21 international has failed to establish himself since joining Hertha from Werder Bremen in 2002 and is now looking to leave the Olympiastadion to resurrect his flagging career.
New Cologne boss Uwe Rapolder is reportedly keen to bring the midfielder to the RheinEnergie Stadion, as he attempts to strengthen the Goats' squad for their Bundesliga return, but Ludwig says he will not be rushed into a decision.
"I have received several offers and will sign a new deal at the end of next week," the 21-year-old told Berliner Morgenpost.
