lately Vfl wolfsburg has risen to new hieghts in the bundesliga and are looking better every game (check my start of the league prediction thread).
With the signing of stefan effenberg in the off season, wolfsburg have filled the void for a gritty yet offensive minded midfielder and started to look very consistant lately (they were always good but not very consistant).. the teams seems to have just the right amount of youth for effenberg to mold into a deadly force in die bundesliga for years to come. and even though he has signed only a 1 year deal, i think the warm reception from fans and players he has recieved will convince him to hopefully re-sign..
my question to all of you is..... do you think that effenberg has made all the difference or is this just a coincidence??? (and jere we all know you hate him but he does deserve some credit)... and do you think he will re-sign? or just use this year to build his standing to sign for big $$ at a major european club elsewhere???
