Took Stoke City to something like 7 succesive Champ League finals. Won 5 of em if I remember rightly.

That particular save game I had for probably 8 or 9 months.

I actually did cheat a little, I gave Stoke some good coaches and a youth academy. But I didn't give them loads of money and players or anything.

well ive been playing for about 3 months now, and im only on my second season :sigh

I use CM 99-00, lead Crystal Palace (our Fan Zhiyi and Sun Jihai there at that time) for 10 years. Upgrade the first year, PLC the 4th year and not lose single time thence, CLC the 6th year and 3 times in a row. I suggest in CM4, the manager like me should be award a Sir title.

Another, I lead Leeds United in CM01-02, after many years effort we win everything except UEFA cup (I've never win UEFA in CM :??? :??? :??? ) and expand Elland Road stadium two times . After I resigned, I'm not quit the game and let computer run it automaticlly, Leeds United can go on win PLC and CLC for times, in this point, maybe Fergie can learn something from me. :) :) :)

It seems that there are more late goals in the new CM. In the original CM there wasn´t as many 87-89th minute goals! If you were up 2-0 after an hour against anyone, you were safe for at least a draw.

In the new versions there a loads of late goals. Example: your team is top notch and you play against the BEST team in the league (ManU,Juve). You keep it tight 0-0 or 1-1 and suddenly in the last minute the other team makes a sudden goal or two! Stunned. Why?!

It goes the other way too, but I just wanted to point out, that late goals are more regular in the new versions (CM3 upwards).

Euro Cup semi fimals Vs Leeds.........All i need is a draw to qualify for the finals.......they take an early lead but i pull a goal back, i put all my players back and they score THREE in the last minute, i was gutted

In 2 seasons at wolves I won the UEFA cup(1), Euro super cup(2),Premier league(2), Champions league(1), the intercontinental cup(1), World Championship(1) and I think that there is another 1 off inter continental thingy but the name escapes me.(Didn't win the fa or league cup cause I only play my reserves in those and I won the charity shield as well but thats crap.) :sky

i got Rushden and Diamonds to the premiership, but it isn't that hard because they start with alot of money. altho it did only take me 4 seasons from division 3.

With roma in twelve seasons i won the champs league 6 times , runners up three times and never got knocked outb4 the semi final. I won the italian cup 9 tiems and the league 7 tiems.
