Apart from Donovan my team sucks badly. A bunch of over rated baboons.

Zizou the whole league is poor mate, you really need to make the 4 foreigners you can have all top notch. There are very few good American players and Im sure we will be fighting for them. Within your team, Russell and Donovan are your best players. Also mate, you can take hope from my previous sucess with San Jose (Vieri and Carl Cort upfront).

I can`t believe Vieri would go play there :) We mostly can buy only free transfers, and since there`s just the MLS there are players frm different leagues missing. It will be a nice game though :)

Me vs Kenzo, first league game against each other. Nice match, he deserved to win, but I was more cynical. In the end I won thanks to the golden goal :)

Also, a word for Taribo West my biggest signing, been sent off, given away a penalty, own goal, a goal and is actually playing well apart from the 3 bad mentions.

I have signed my 4th biggie, its Teddy Lucic, my defense now seems strong enough despite Taribo West being injured for 3 weeks.

Next up is strenthening of the midfield, I need some american players, probably 2 will do.
I have attempted a loan of a forgotten Premiership player, not a star but will no doubt feature heavily for me if I get him.

Upfront Victorine is on fire but hasnt got a regular partner, this is another issue that Im on to.......Wait and see :cool


Respect to ZZ, he is doing well and in Landon Donovan has the best US player whom has just signed for another 2 years.

This is a very interesting league, still far away from crying victory, and Kenzo is a very good manager from the way he gets players and plays his team. Will be interesting to see how we`ll do during the season and the folowing ones.

:laugh No but in MLS if the game ends in a draw you go to extra time. The golden goal rule is on, therefore when a team scores in extra time, the match stops. No penalties though, if the game stays draw in extra time, then it is a draw.

However I think they should do it like hockey, that is the winning team in extra time takes 2 not 3 pts, and the loser takes 1 pt.

BTW is there a way we can change the topic name? Something more interesting like 'Kenzo vs Zizou: MLS League'?

Started real badly today...lost 5 league games in a row..on the up side I qualified for the quarters of the Cup, and after 5 consecutive league loses I won against Kenzo and regained the top spot.

We`re gutted....game crashed..8 league games remaining..I had 2 pts more. Sucks. I think the previous save was 2 games before so maybe we didin`t lose much.

Our last match for the day was against Kenzo but only got a draw so as the attachement shows, I`m 6 points away, and few games remaining so I`m practically out of it. congrats Kenzo, you never gave up and succeeded in passing me. Dunno whathappened to my team, they were performing great, but all of a sudden just stopped. now bought some new players for the new season, hope they`ll do well!

sounds like they sussed your formation. terrible when that happens mid season cos it takes ages to turn round

If u did come back online kenzo, you probably gathered i packed up for the night, u won against everton 1-2 duff and yorke scored and i beat charlton 5-1 with hersi scoring on debut.

Congrats to Kenzo for winning. I was eliminated in the quarters so didn`t face him in the playoffs. Trying to build a strong team for next season, already both some very good midfielders/attackers, but I`m still looking to get better defence.

I've had it 3 times in 2 seasons so far.

season 1: 7th in Prem, Uefa Cup champs
season 2: 3rd in Prem, Uefa Cup Champs, Super cup runners up
Season 3:World Club championship Champs, Super cup runners up season not yet finished but i went out of the champions league in the first group phasre so i get another crack at defending the uefa cup for the 3rd time in a row :)
