Any thoughts on the game? Hopefully an easy victory for the Reds.

We need to bounce back against west brom, bigtime!
I really expected us to come away from Valencia with at least a point.
Very dissappointed with the game :cry :cry
I was a little sceptical when i saw the team sheet and no owen but that's the way Houllier thought we would cause the most problems. It did'nt exactly work out on the night.Another day it could of being a master move.
Thats football for ya!!
I did'nt see the game but from the minute by minute analysis things were not good at all. :roll-eyes :roll-eyes
I think Diao will have to smartin up a bit if he plays at the weekend. He's goes in with clumsy tackles and that can be too dangerous.
He reminds me of Cisse for the blues.Good player but stupid tackles put the team in difficult situations sometimes.
Finally, Houllier needs Owen back in the team because once he's off the mark he won't stop, and that i'm very sure off.
Win for the Reds 3-1

Michael Owen returns to the Liverpool line-up and is partnered up front by Milan Baros. Stephane Henchoz is also back for the Reds after injury, but Lee Hughes is not even on the bench for West Brom.
