It was funny on the bench they were more nervous than the player himself

and then so happy when he banged it in :)
It would fucking surprise me if he scored this weekend. Still one goal in 28 games isn't a bad ratio for a £7.5 million man, eh?

he was a bad sigining, and i dont think a penalty should count as a goal. how long will we have to wait untill he scores in open play?

To be honest, from what i saw of Forlan before he joined Man Utd he looked a good player, not sure why he hasnt done it for United yet :??? Have the feeling that Forlan wont ever do it for them either, just like Veron

Here we go again, kick a man when he is down. Let those who have never had a "bad" striker in their clubs throweth ye first stone! Forlan is a great lad, a fav at OT in spite of his mishaps and I wish he would come good soon, to shut you lot up :) Read this:

you misunderstand marv? It was a joke at Arsenal scoring in the 90th minute - LFC used to do that a lot in the 70s and remember the old joke 1-0 to the Arsenal!

Yes, my impression too. Its a shame cause his heart is in the right place, unfortunately its not in gear with his mind. I have defended him like mad both in here and in manutdchat but there comes a time when even I have to begin to wonder - is this a duff Fergie buy? I really don't know the answer to that one. Veron was quite useful tonight - he is slowly starting to show some class (at last!) :)

Fergie brought him on at half time. Even then I thought "That's taking the piss innit?"
I mean what an insult! Someone bringing Forlan on against you at half time...Charlton must not be pleased, he was on from the start there.
Seriously, it's difficult for Diego, he's come from halfway across the world and he's barely got a start. He'll get better with time.
And a note - Diego got 3 in pre-season!
