You cant ignore Rost, the way he is playing right now. Lehmann should not even be considered at this point. The guy is a liability.

Did anyone see Lehmann's last game playing for Arsenal? About 7 min. in I think, the ball was slowly rolling to him and he went to tap it back to one of his defenders. He missed the ball and it rolled under his foot and headed for the net, he quickly spun around and barely saved the ball right on the goal line. I sure don't want to see play's like that for Germany!

Schalke are not an established team that will challenge for the league every year, if Klinsi chose Rost now then in the season before the WC06 Schalke were struggeling and conceding goals like Rostock then the German NT would have a keeper who has had his cinfidence crumbled and an unhappy Kahn who was over looked for the run up to the comp.

He's quite shy, maybe playing for a huge club puts too much pressure on him.
That's why I don't think he should play for Germany. But here at Hannover we're more than happy with him.

German friends, like I said before, Kahn is the only option for the first place right now. Rost, Hildebrand, Wiese and Jentsch should be the ones to fill the other 2 positions. Does Klinsmann have any idea about goalkeeping, how the hell is Lehmann even being considered at this point? :laugh :laugh

The question for 2006 shouldn't be Kahn or Lehmann but Kahn or Hildebrandt but I think that won't happen.
