i was gonna suggest the stupid looking hertha one but you got it already...look up bayern, last time i was in germany they had some stupid looking guy in costume running in the stands.. he may be some kind of mascot, but i'm not a bayern fan so i wouldn't know

He is called Chester the Fieldmouse.
He is also a total knob.
