Upgrading Forums With New Software

I have two forums both running on phpbb ver 2.0.6. There is an upgrade to 2.0.11 available but I do not have a clue how to take which program from the mother site and where to put it, completely clueless.

One of the upgrades, the "full package" warns that all individual settings will be removed on installation and another says that "changed files only" will be replaced. I do not know what the hell to do. http://www.phpbb.com/ (http://www.phpbb.com/)

Is there any of our Admin that is clued up, cause I certainly am not! I really do need an idiots guide to doing it right, first time.

YOU HAVE FORUMS?? why didnt you say?

well forum and there software are not something i am too familiar with, but i do have a geeza that works for me that may be able to help, so ill have a word RD mate.

I have today, upgraded both of my forums to the latest pspbb ver 2.0.11 and, once shown how to do it, was then asked in a forum to post a thread so that others could follow it. Amazing, from complete idiot to only half an idiot, in 2 hours!!
