View Full Version : Arsenal chase Davids
Arsenal are set to take advantage of Roma's stalling over a deal for Juventus ace Edgar Davids.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Gunners are ready to trump Roma by meeting Juve's Ģ16 million asking price.
Roma are only prepared to offer Ģ10 million plus Francisco Lima - which falls about Ģ3.5 million short of Juve's total valuation.
Arsenal have been alerted to Roma's stubbornness and are now preparing to move for the Holland international with a straight cash offer.

Please no Davids. Heīs a poor manīs Jeremies.
I was a big Davids fan when he played for AJAX, but he has declined after that. Only his market value and hype has gone up, not skills.
We donīt need overpriced steroid loaded tweeners. We got Edu and Parlour to do the job.
This news is rubbish. How many times do I have to flush before this rumour (and other stupid rumours - Vieira out) go away?!!

the latest rumour says Juve offer Thuram+Davids for Vieira.. Thuram is a good player, but they are both OLDER than Paddy. No thanks.
