Yes it really doesn't need improving that much, but there are a few small things they could put in.

My idea was:

If a player plays for the club for 10 years a new option will appear in his drop down bar. 'Arrange testimonial', when you click on it, it takes you to the friendlys screen but has it as 'players name' testimonial instead of just friendly.

probably pretty pointless but would be a nice touch.

tell me your ideas.

How about being able to arrange your own international friendlies.

I don't think you can do this yourself, with england the FA arrange them for me, which I hate as we always play Holland, Portugal or Croatia :mad

Mind you our Under 21's did beat Croatia under 21's 7-0 a while back so maybe it's not soooo bad...

Have international scouts, else its really hard to find players and check how good they are without scouts.

This doesnt apply if you are club/international manager at same time as you just use the club scouts.

Other ideas;
-Testimonials as said

-youth league (how complicated/slow you want the game, maybe choose at start of game)

-Feeder/loan agrangements ie. Liverpool-Crewe, Man yoo-Antwerp

yeh they sound like good ideas, youth league sounds good as it gives you more of a chance to develop your youngsters more than you would with the reserve team

We're no feeder club, we are just friends with them... and improve most of their players by bringing them on loan. :)

Anyway, i would like to see more reactions from the chairman. Plus more contract talks, at the moment you can only offer wages and a couple bonus' - surely it doesn't take sometimes 3 weeks to discuss that in real life???

EVERY season i start off almost unbeaten, lose a load of matches around january and end up just scraping champ league positions towards the end of the year

my idea is this, a club was inyterested in a player but loses interest when you dont want to sell, well you do come to want to offload him, approach that club to see what they want to pay for him. same can apply when a club wants a player but doesnt offer for him, which annoys the **** out of me
