Manchester United have won the Manchester Masters, after beating Bolton Wanderers 5-4 on penalties in the final, after a 2-2 draw in normal time. Brian McClair scored the winning penalty.

United also beat Manchester City 4-3 in the final group game, with a last minute winner from Viv Anderson, which saw city crash out of the tournament.

Clayton Blackmore won the Player Of The Tournament and Goal Of The Tournament.
