i cant extend my ground beyound 40,000 but i need to, but the council have refused permission 5 times now, is there another way to get round this?

Probably not, there is a limit to how big all grounds can be, you have most likely reached your expansion limit.

but i read elsewhere people saying they got new stadiums built, i have never heard of this excpet fom a couple of pople, anyone know anything
