i managed to get southampton relegated then finished 16th in 1st division.

I managed Barcelona (with 90million to spend) and was about 10 points clear at Christmas, however ended up barely getting 3rd by the end of the season. :(

Cant really remember the worst Ive done, havent been fired for years (IRL).

Once was told to clear my desk because I kept giving ultimatums to the Man Yoo board that I wanted a bigger stadium. They kept refusing.
It was 83800 already mind.

i get fired everytime- i ve started four seasons now and am yet to complete one full one. although every new gam i get further into the season. last season i was 12th at Schalke and they sacked me!!! but ive had a run of 15 games without a win- that was fun (sic) and i had decided not to go to bed until i won a game- but i relaised that actually winning a game would take a while, so i split the great form my tema had over 2 nights. but it felt bloody amazing when that win came through!!!!
