But the difference is he wont be speaking english with the barca players now since most of the dutch is gone. I doubt he is a master of spanish, or catalan for that matter as well. Plus he has shown how amazing he was for everton last season. He will have a hard time adjusting to living in Barcelona let alone playing in the cut throat pressure there.

Rooney won't go abroad, not at his age. Barca can offer what they like.
