Juventus director general Luciano Moggi has spoken about the club’s transfer plans for this summer.

The Bianconeri have been linked with numerous players so far but Moggi has narrowed down the club’s objectives.

He’s revealed that his outfit are looking to sign Roma’s Emerson, Marek Jankulovski (pictured) of Udinese and Lazio defender Massimo Oddo.

"Juventus will only make a cash offer for Emerson," he stated. "Jankulovski and Oddo will be swap deals."

Reports suggest that Udinese will net Enzo Maresca or Matteo Brighi in exchange, while Mark Iuliano will be offered to the capital club.

The Turin giants were also linked with a new central defender but a move for Daniele Bonera of Parma seems off. "We don’t need him," added Moggi.

Juve also seem to have pulled out of negotiations to sign Fabio Cannavaro as Inter wanted Marco Di Vaio in return – a departure that boss Fabio Capello is understood to have blocked.

What about bids for Inter striker Christian Vieri or a reunion with Edgar Davids? "They’ve both been here in the past and warmed up dinners rarely prove successful," he added.

The transfer guru was then asked whether Juve could still swoop for Parma hotshot Alberto Gilardino.

"He is a great player and very young," he explained. "He would be perfect for the future but he will probably stay at Parma."

Well they're all good signings (especially Jankulovsky) but the gem would be getting Gilardino. The rumour is that Moggi WILL get Gilardino, but leave him for a year at Parma which would be ideal for him to develop more and get first team football.

Then bring him in next year and kick that ****-load of DP out of the team to form a deadly strike-force Gilardino-Trezeguet (or whoever is up front).

About a year ago you said the same about Lucio, and he ended up going to Bayern ;)

Pity you guys are still interested in Jankulovski. :rolleyes:

Yeah Jankulovsky has to be ours...what would you guys do with another midfielder?

Gil and Trez are not two central forwards and thought to central forward can't play at the same time.

DP.......DP What can I say. He seems to be a player to be creative on the wings not so much central and to me he doesn't do that much which makes him less effective. Do u agree with me Zizou.

I was thinking of a LM position for him even though Cesar is a lot better on that position

Mehyar actually Birindelli not Iuliano.

Jack no DP can't even play anywhere. In the Euro he played more on the wing and he was **** there too. Whenever he tried to dribble past a player he lost possession. Zambrotta should give him some lessons on how to dribble past players!

Not exagerating...he is that good!

1887 - We have shitloads of midfielders who are better than the tacchino (maresca, emerson, blasi, appiah (if he finds his best form), etc)

Maresca is indeed a good player. Pity the deal with Bobo for Di Vaio, Carini and Maresca only existed on some internet sites :D

To be honest, no I don't believe it I hope they win the Coppa Italia but even that will be hard. 3rd or 4th position is the highest they probably can reach. But that doesn't bother me anymore, Inter still is the most beautiful club and always will be. You may steal our points and trophies, break our dreams and hopes but you'll never break our stubbornness, honour and loyalty.

Is he that good that he can hold his own as a playmaker?
Do u think DP should be kicked out of the side? He is still dangerous with dead balls and passing but can be easily be pushed around.

DP rarely scores free kicks (maybe 1 out of 8?) and his passes aren't that good. Capello should give more chance to Miccoli who deserves it in my opinion.

What would be your perfered lineup for Juve then, Zizou?

To me, Juve needs a second playmaker and DP is the one that is filling that position. Would you get right rid of him and how would be the one that should be placed in that position?

I can't do a formation yet cos I don't know yet who we shall be playing with next season....but I'm hoping to see this attack:
