Mine are ok I suppose. I usually get 2 decent players a season..... That's if I'm lucky

thing is they are not just average players, but really good ones as well

i got a tremendous player just before i upgraded facilities... they were "awful" i was an underrated scottish division 1 outfit though so I had to let him go for his release fee 2.5 mill :cry

since I built my marvellous facilities i've had a couple of mediocre players come through the ranks... nothing to write home about though.

you have to wait a while, but also have a good coaching crew as well

yea, the coaches are essential to success IMO... I always get a guy from Panithanikos.... his name escapes me. Sounds like Puskas

i always signed my best, experienced players as coaches... they were all great, and if they weren't perfect they usually improved in their first 3 years of coaching.

P.S. this is starting in scottish 3rd as stirling albion

Pomaski. I get him too - not great on tactics but has everything else.

At Man Utd I don't get any players really despite having space in my reserve squad. Is there any reason why? I've got 1 player in 10 seasons and I gave him a free cos I thought he was shite! :( I just gave him his first England cap now

well my academy paid off today, I got this 15 year old right back through.

Oh no, it means I'm gonna have to play another 10 + seasons to get the best out of him :cry
