Watch Reidy perform on Wednesday, they'll all be after him soon. Worth 4 mill last week, 10 million by the weekend once he's torn Cafu to shreds.

Forest have a good Acadamey, when they lose aplayer they just promote one up to the senior squad, they have done this for years and years, not sure how much the Acadamey will be affected by the loss of Hart though

Not quite years, We've never been as low as we are now and will struggle to keep hold of any kind of quality. We can't rely on the academy all the time, youth systems can go years without producing. After the likes of Charles and Walker (Ok ex Spurs) we only really produced Stone, Crossley and Harewood in the following 15 years, the last 5 years is an exception and privilege and will not continue at the same level. We need a system that will scout for and keep good players and I'm sure big Joe will manage well where harty has failed.

it is still more than most teams teams,we have always had a steady amount of youth players coming through, right from the days of Nigel Clough and lee glover etc

Glover played in the Fa cup final in 90,so he couldnt have been that bad,he also scored in the semi final of the rumbalows cup against Spurs.Cloughie rated him so that will do for me

So he goes in the all time great list with Starbuck, Rice, Plummer, Orlygsson and osvold then. Clough rated them too.

maybe not an acadamey, but a good eye for good young talent.I recall a young irishman by the name of Roy Keane being signed from Cobh Ramblers for £25,000,and look what that little Judas bastard has gone on to win

well to be fair to keane he was one the most sought after players. not like youd expect a player of his calibre to ply his trade in div 1
