Yes, although I'm technically in the central time zone. We have daylight savings time and stuff, so we are in line with the East coast right now. During the summer however we are an hour back.

Just to help clear the time thing up,in winter Britains time is an hour ahead of GMT,so it's now 3:38 GMT but 4:38 in Britain.
