Rivaldo´s debut with Brazilian Champions Cruzeiro was not a good one.

Cruzeiro, who had been undefeated for 11 games, lost 1-0 to little known Valerio Doce from Brazilian third division in the Minas Gerais State Championship

Rivaldo displayed some good moves, hit the post with a header, almost scored from a free kick and did some nice work with other Brazilian talent Alex.

But then in the second half, Valerio had a free kick.. it deflected in Rivaldo and the keeper could do nothing... Valerio wins 1-0

I am sad.. Rivaldo has been very unlucky recently.

In the qualifiers, he hit the post twice and almost score a wonder goal and now this

Rivaldo is unlucky..because he played for Milan :D
if he would have stayed with Barca I bet he would have been rated as one of the world's best..if not the best..not mentioning barca refused a 70 million Pound offer from ManU just to release him on a free...
