You bolded the right ones in the first one?
I'm sure Fulham aren't 4/7 to beat Newcastle and if its the other way round then i'm sure Wolves aren't 4/5 to beat Liverpool ;)

I don't bet odds on any more on football, but Bolton is tempting at 11/8, if I can get 6/4 (I know its hardly that much better, but its the principle) I may lump on them. While I agree with your other selections they just don't appeal at the prices.

Betting is like anything else you spend money on. If there is no value, you don't buy. If in your opinion at team should be evs and the bookies are only going 4/6, you don't bet. You wouldn't go and spend £1 on half a dozen eggs if you think they should be 60p (I don't buy eggs so sorry if prices are wrong).
If you betting odds on, you have to put 5 or 6 of them together to make any money, if like always happens, you get one turned over you get nowt. The less teams in the bet, the more chance it has of winning, makes sense.
Betting is not just about winning and losing, its about knowing when to bet and when not to. Bookies love a mug punter but hate the guy who only bets when everything is right.
I never do more than a treble on football and try to stick to singles and doubles. If I think a team is stand out value, then I'll have a go. Anyway could tip Newcastle last night, but at 4/7 it wasn't worth the risk, 4/5 maybe, evens yes.

Well lump on I did. Got a bit worried at 3-2 cos Villa were playing the better football, but N'Gotty and then JayJay, I owe them a pint.
