Anyone watch this? Pretty dam good show.Just started watching the first season , and its extremely interesting. They bring up great points on Egyptian pyramids etc.It has religious links as well from all parts of religion. Highly suggest people check it out I'm only on the 2nd episode, its quite long about an hour and a half but its well worth it if you're interested. Its on the history channel, they have around 5 seasons in total and its on going I believe

I love when Giorgio Tsoukalos is on the Joe Rogan Experience. The premise is great - trying to explain ancient structures with an alternative reasons. People can call it a pseudoscience but the truth of the matter is that some of these structures were built ages ago without tools we have now that could do half the job.

Open up your mind. Its impossible for those primitive cultures to do it with ropes and rollers. Its been proven. Moving those boulders cutting them ,transporting them and putting them into place mathematically it would take 5 seconds to do ALL of that. Explain to me how you can't replicate that in todays world but in those times they had that technology? Can't , those boulders weigh tons and if our modern day technology is having trouble doing it theres no way Egyptians can do it.

How do you think Stone Henge was built? You put people all across each boulder its not nearly enough. It would take over 100 people I believe to carry and put into place just 1 boulder which also weighs several tons.

What about ancient stone cutting? Carvings on these pyramids that are mathematically correct to the mm. Proven that they needed power tools to be carved,the carvings are so incredible that if you run your finger across the edge fo those stones you'll cut your finger.

Thats not even scratching the surface . Don't be closed minded, Egyptians couldn't build those things with their tools. If modern technology has trouble explain to me how they did it with ropes and rollers?

Read my post. Don't be so closed minded. There are facts, they don't state everything is a fact but our ancestors weren't stupid. Thats why people like you need to be open minded, you just assume everything they're saying they're passing it off as 100% fact they aren't and they even say it plenty of times but they DO bring factual evidence.

By all means if you want to disagree with facts then thats fine but you'll be stupid for doing so. Watch the show and don't just say"oh they talk about aliens they're crazy"

People who shut this kind of stuff down are just afraid that what they've been told is wrong and that the truth could be aliens do exist .

You keep ignoring facts though. You say its retarded but why?

1.Explain to me how man can create these pyramids in 30 years with their hands and a chisel?

2.Explain that they can transport over 2 tons of stone per block with just ropes and wooden rollers?

3.Explain how mathematically speaking that in order to cut these boulders into rectangles, transporting it,putting it into place each one took 5 seconds to do.

5.Explain how carvings in ancient Egypt aren't able to be replicated without the use of electrical power tools? They weren't stupid but they couldn't have done things with primitive tools, its impossible . There are carvings, even the head of the Sphinx(if I remember correctly) is mathematically precise every mm on it which wouldn't be possible with just a chisel.

You want to tell me a chisel,ropes , and wood is better at creating buildings than what our technology is today? Give me a break You can't dismiss it beacuse your teacher told you otherwise in school. This whole subject fascinates me, maybe not so much the "Ancient Aliens" aspect of it but just the questions of "how was this built" "how did they do such and such." I honestly feel that we don't understand how far back ancient civilization goes. We believe that 30,000 BCE, after the ice age that we were still very primitive living in caves. The thing with the ice age and afterwards is that it submerged what is the equivalent of all of Europe and Asia under water. This is all fertile coastline where cities and civilizations would be built. Their is an estimated 10,000 or so cities around the globe that are underwater, many of which are unaccounted for to which civilization it belonged too. One of the oldest is off the most southern island of Japan, where they found enormous man made structures that carbon date approximately 30,000 years ago. Whether it was indeed some advanced race from somewhere else or simply not understanding exactly when civilization started, it is important to at least keep an open mind.

The one area I find the most fascinating is that of Pumapunku, built in what we call the "Stone-Age" they had giant 600 ton slabs of diorite with precision carvings in them. Anyone who knows minerals knows that diorite can only be cut by diamond. So it would be impossible for simple stone tools to not only cut these giant slabs but also to create highly complex precision sculptures and drawings on them. Whoever made them had the knowledge 10's of thousands of years ago to do this with diamond when the general thought is at that time we could barely make fire and the invention of the wheel was not even on our primitive minds.

There are plenty of different areas of the world that have similarities that are so distant apart. Which is discussed in the show. If Aliens exsist , they have spacecrafts... why only goto 1 area? There are places like Mayan Pyramids, Egyptian Pyramids, stone henge etc.that have "unexplained" ways of being built. How could modern humans lift those boulders at stone henge ontop of one another? Theres no explanation for a reason

The point is people in that time couldn't have build it with what they knew. So the idea of aliens having some part in it isn't totally farfetched. Not sure if it is, but anyone should question how many of these buildings were created when the people in that time did not have the proper equipment for it.
