Erm sorry but if they win the title it'll be a shame for football imo.
Obviously Id hate to see anyone other than United win it but atleast if Arsenal won it I could say a class team won it etc but Liverpool are'nt like that

I think The Arsenal is in an excellent position to take the PL -- we're currently one point behind with 2 games in hand. Of course, having lost Pires today isn't exactly the best news I've had all week but I think we'll absorb the headache.

However, fingers crossed, I ain't taking anything for granted -- season isn't over by a long shot and there's still room for something to go amuck!

I've backed Man U all season but after the defeat at the smoggies I just think maybe they have lost it. They have a pretty tough run in where I think they can drop more points. My guess is Arsenal now. Just think though if Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle win all there games from now till the end of the season then the table finishes

Arsenal
Liverpool
Newcastle
Man U

Bet nobody would have expected that at the start of the season and to be honest, I don't see why it's not possible with the run in's of each team.

i agree with geebee, i think liverpool may fall up short, but i wouldnt back us against it. man u i think will still be there but fergie wants to win the european cup as is concentrating on that. its arsenals to lose.

Thanks for agreeing with me, its not often that you Reds on here actually do!! But do u think we'll stay up now, after yesterday's result at Derby?

yes i do unfortunately!!!!!!!!! Great result for you yday, but i would have laughed if u only drew after being 4-1 up. THing is with everton is that the players at the club arent any good and i wait to see how good Moyes actually is!

I think 2 questions need answering, seen as how we've played in the last 2 games:
1) Was Walter Smith a bad man-motivator?
2) Had the players lost confidence in him?

The same players who've shown precoius little all season have, all of a sudden, hit 6 goals in 2 games and re-discovered (most importantly) the team spirit.

Do you think its a case of players playing for their places at everton. I wouldnt expect him to keep half of the playing stafff if he can find anyone to offload them to.

Liverpool are still playing catchup. United could beat Arsenal at home, then get beat at Leeds. If these two results go our way then we may well sneak it. If we lose any of our home games then its our own fault especially if the title is within our grasp.
Michael. Class team? Of course we are. Would we be in the last 8 of the CL if we weren't. Let me guess your still crying over the double we've done over you this year. Pity it wont happen in the semis of the CL as you wont be there. Never mind, sit back relax and count the number of european cups that we've won.....

I think is Liverpool because they always have something to expect, the past is Houllier and now is Owen.

I espect Gooners to thwart ManU in their meeting, but I still wonīt count out United. Pires injury is a huge blow, bigger than Gerradīs to Pool. Henry will be back with others, so Arse should be able to keep on Gunning.

Pool is in a good form, but they still lack the momentum Arse is having right now.. I would put my money on Arse, United second. Pool third.

Realistically, looking at the tables and the run ins I would say:

1. Liverpool or Arsenal
3. Man United

I hope I am wrong!!

I said Liverpool would win the title at the beginning of the season and i'm sticking to it. Arsenal losing Pires will seriously affect their chances and Man Utd aren't the team they once were.
