Heard some horrible news. The Fernhurst is under new management and is no longer opening on football days

Is that the place round the corner from the stadium....which actually marketed itself as being the place for away fans to drink?
Seems a bit of a strange decision, if its the place i'm thinking- it was heaving.
That said, could be $hit for every other day.

Yeah that's the one, it'll be busy when City, United and Liverpool go, but not sure about most others. Surely busy enough to make a decent amount, mad to turn the custom down

That place must make a fortune on match days, so I cannot see the logic in that.

That plus 7,000+ away tickets
Truth be told though the Fernhust had it's day. Last season there was a 20 minute queue just to get in to the place, and no gazebo outside. My mate lives in one of the houses across the road so we all went to his house instead, miles better
