Where's everyone at this weekend? We've got Assford Town of Kent away in the FA Cup 1st qualifying round. I'm praying for a win or at least a draw, but I'm not hopeful on this form.

especially as Ashford have had a good start,It's not going to be easy that's for sure!!
Still,I'm sure as It's the FA cup Bromley will raise their game................which wouldn't be to difficult after last saturday's game!!!

We drew 1-1 today in front of a crowd of nearly 450. Should have beaten them though, we had a blatant penalty turned down and a goal "cleared off the line" which went in. I'm sure Monkey will vouch for this if he went.

Got a replay on Tuesday. Not sure if I'm looking forward to it.

Horse crap!

Drew 2-2, Stortfords goals both came in the last 5 minutes, and they had a man sent off after 35. Very, very annoying.

If you're talking about when Huggins was brought down then I agree,It should have been a pen,but Ashford should have had one as well just after they scored, you probably couldn't see It from the other end,but a Bromley player(can't remember who) controlled the ball with his hand In the area as I was walking behind that goal, but thankfully It was on the blind side of the ref!!!!

But I agree,Bromley deserved to win,I couldn't see whether the ball had gone over the line or not form Forbes,I think It was,but It was certainly close!!!

All In all a vast Improvement on the Walton game,Huggins looked a lot sharper this week and Reid and Drewett caused them problems at times!!!

I wasn't too Impressed with Colin Luckett's free kicks,I think he wasted about 3 In good positions!!!

sorry I missed you again Raven matey,I walked passed you lot,but I haven't got a clue which one you are!!!

Luckett has been pisspoor recently. His free kicks couldn't even beat a wall full of dwarves. He's been very disappointing this year.

Was alright though yesterday. A vast improvement on the last week or so.

If you were looking out for me, I was the disgruntled looking kid behind the goal. I believe I also referred to Ashford as "Arable Farming cunts" and I hope now that that wasn't too audible

Disgruntled due to the ref. Same old excuse, but some of his decisions were so stupid. Bad thing is he's reffig the replay as well. I see another Andy Legg coming on.

On the topic of burgers, I think that the health and safety inspectors of the South Medway Council really need to go and inspect the Wimpy outlet in Ashford Town centre. Don't think my system agreed with their wonderful looking burgers...

south medway??? blimey,Geography's not your strong point then??? LOL!!

The ref was a pillock,he had no bottle, missing the dodgy tackles, but then getting his book out for stupid stuff....................he was close to losing control as well,he was lucky he only had that one flashpoint In the second half to deal with, which probably wouldn't have happened If he hadn't lost the respect of the players and been a bit stronger throughout the game!!! :k***

and by the way, dodgy burgers are no exscuse to miss school/college on a monday morning!!!!LOL!!! :P ;)

I dunno where Ashford is in comparison to the Medway, it's just everyone started singing "Oh South Medway, is full of s***" so I guessed it was there. Doesn't matter though, Ashford's a dump wherever it is.

As for the ref, I'm guessing he had it in for Bromley after being referred to as a "nonce" and being told "this is your cup final, ref" just before they were going to come out.

I heard the one about Ashford being a small town In Folkestone,or was It Dover? can't remember now!!!! :P :clap

Din't like the look of the shopping centre. Ashford is weird because it's quite an olde worlde place in parts, but it's so full of pikies it makes Bromley look like Dunton Green.
Had a good array of shops there though. They also had a place called the "JOE FAGG POP-IN CENTRE", but I think we made a wise move not going in there... :o

As for chanting, I think it was "small town near Dover". Might have been both actually, but I don't remember. Not accurate, but I think we've had "Small town near Croydon before", which is about the same.

Didn't like the ground though. It's in the middle of nowhere and it's s***e. It's kinda like a fort cos it's one big wall around the outside and you can't escape it. The mind boggles as to how you can build a new ground which is so crap. Would hate to have been there for the game vs Fulham when they got 3500.

I'd reserve Judgement on Ashford's ground until you've seen Sittingbourne's!!! LOL!!!
At least Ashford have built a new ground,Sittingbourne's ground Is like It's been built up by a load of stuff pinched out of a skip off a building site!!!! Old scaffold poles and boards everywhere..................and that's the main stand!!!! :P

still,bless 'em,they can't help having no money!!!!

By the way,I dropped my mrs In Ashford Town centre before the game.................hope she didn't scare you too much!!!! ;)
