From NUFC.com

It's looking as neither Gary Speed or Craig Bellamy will be in contention for the cup tie on Saturday.

It had been hoped that Bellamy would be back running by now, but latest indications are that the Everton game is a more likely target for the striker to return.

For Speed, the game against his former side is a possible target, but at this stage by no means certain.

In his absence, the midfield looks like being composed of Acuna and Dyer, unless Bobby takes a chance on Kerr or opts for a formation to include one of his full backs.

So I think it will be Dyer and Acuna in the middle with the rest unchanged.

Probably will be but I would much prefer he took a risk and played Dyer up front and Kerr in midfield or Lua Lua up front and Dyer in midfield. Simply because we showed last time we played them that we can batter them and all that was missing was a bit of pace up front.

Got to agree, I still see people playing balls through and over that only Bellamy could get to. Maybe if he even tried Lua Lua for a while and if it doesn`t work bring Cort on or visa versa. But we do need pace up front.

Gotta be:

Shearer

----------------------------Dyer

Robert Acuna McClen Nobby

Distin Dabizas O'Brien Hughes

--------------------Given

Cort on for Acuna/Jamie Mac if necessary, and Dyer in to m'field, and Lua Lua on for Dyer also if necessary..... And Bernard another possibility...

DOn't care as long as we win, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease get through, Bobby's Brigade....

We can't play McClen remember he's injured so that means Bobby has to play either Kerr in midfield (I would he's brilliant, better than McClen) or Dyer and Cort up front.
