FA CUP REPLAY

Spurs will have their sights set on Wembley and the only thing standing in their way is 90mins of football against Fulham at White Hart Lane in an FA Cup replay.

Spurs will be without Woodgate, Defoe, King, Lennon and Huddlestone. Bentley could be fit to play after illness and the injury to Pavlyuchenko has yet to be mentioned.

I'd be tempted to Leave bentley out again tbh, I think Kranks is better playing out of position then bentley is playing where he's comfortable.

Man it's tough ... Fulham are playing pretty well, and we obviously want to move on towards a hopeful chance at the cup ... but at the same time, with so many out, and needing to push for fourth, I'm much more bothered by the league atm. I want that CL place for next season. I don't want to see us get anyone else injured or add too much fatigue here with our squad thinned out allready.

Harry pretty much said that Wilson will be playing on Wednesday. He was left out against Stoke as he's on 9 bookings.

I'm not convinced, with Fulham next and portsmouth after, not going full out for the FA cup is madness, it's silverware and looking at next month with our run in we could try our hardest and still fail at fourth. If we'd won against wolves, Hull and Stoke at home I'd be on your side now.

Fulham fully deserved to be going in 1-0 up. We've got no threat upfront to really cause any upset to Fulham. Bale has 2 men on him everytime the ball is at his feet, Crouch IMO has been ... well, poor and Gudjohnsen cant do it all on his own.

For me, I'd like to see Bale go to LB with BAE coming off. Bring on Rose and Pavlyuchenko.

Would put Bassong in over King and with the strength Eidur is now showing, I wouldnt mind him or Pavlyuchenko. Its looking pretty tasty.

The match last night really was a game of two halves. The first half we barely created anything, you saw more of Gomes on the ball than any other Spurs player and no one needs to be told that, thats a negative thing. Second half we just completely turned the tables. As I said, I wanted BAE off with Bale dropping to left back. BAE was doing absolutely nothing and was looking more and more like he was going to cost us the game. I wanted Rose on to bring some good young pace to threaten Fulham with, Redknapp opted for Bentley (to which satisfied me just as much, someone creative) and it paid off. First touch of the ball and its hitting the back of the net. He then continued to shine through-out the rest of the 45 minutes.

Fulham couldnt handle us in the second half and that kind of spirt and ability to completely switch a game could prove the turning point for us and silverware this season, even the chance to finish 4th.

Here's to another season that see's us make a trip to Wembley. Lets just hope there's 2 trips this season :drinkbeer
