voeller annunced the germany's squad against italy:
keepers: kahn,lehmman
defence: friedrich, worns, baumman, hartmman, rau, rehmer, hinkel
midfield: freier, ballack, schneider, cristian rahn, khel, ramelow, jeremies
forwards: lauth, bobic, neuville, klose
im surprised that deisler didn't get a chance in the team.......... :o :rolleyes:

he got injured 4 months ago , he's recovering and he's training for dortmund , but he isn't in fit yet..........

Bastian, deisler will play when he will be able to play lets say 10 matches and not get injured. He better plays for bayern now-we will at least have somethig from him. He was injured the whole season(past)

What ever happened to Bierhoff anyways? Where's he playinh these days? Still in Monaco?

bierhoff is retired from football, he retired the last season....

No, Bierhoff debuted very late in german national team (1996) - now Bierhoff is 35 and as far as i know a part of Franz Beckenbauers World Cup 2006 Organisation Comitee

This will be a difficult match for Germany because there are too many player injured : Metzender, Ballack, Jeremies.... I hope the 2 teams will end the match in draw
But I am really surprised when Deisler doesn't have his name in the squad

What is with Jeremies-he played the whole match???
Kahn-didnt he got injured-but needed to play since they have already mad 3 swithces?? Or was Jeremies the one that got injured??
