View Full Version : Bastard Referee cost us two points....

The_Ferret
Mar 17 2002, 01:06 AM
Well, those two decisions were an absolute fucking joke. That tosser of a referee should be strung up and have his bollocks chopped off. What a fucking cretin. Alan Shearer deserved a hat-trick, and if that spasticated fuckwit hadn't fucked us over, then I doubt that Magic Al owuld have missed that penalty, he was obviously rattled by those gormless decisions when he took them. Also, Dabizas had better get his fucking act together, those tow goals we conceded were fucking atrocious, a pair of girl fucking guides could have defended better today than Dab and O'Brien.. I would say drop em but I love em both, and just hope and fucking pray that they get their acts together and do their fucking jobs.

Michael, you are a fucking fuckwit, you make fucking primeval slime look fucking brainy, as there wasn't any fucking booing after the game, you fuckwit, were you listening to Old Trafford AM or what? I doubt it as the fucking wankers there don't give a shit enough to boo even when your bunch of mincing hooloigans fuck up enough that the refs that you finance so efectively can't even save you. Fuck off back up yer tree you fucking ratshagging child molester.

Newcastle fucked over YET again by fuckwit ref, surprise fucking surprise. Save football: Shoot the motherfuckas...

how do you REALLY feel about the situation????
Yeah I think Ferret is a bit upset????
Seeing as I was at the match I must agree the officials were really terrible AGAIN!!!! But would'nt say they cost us two points,as our players cost us two points. Our defense is disorganised and cant do what they are paid to do DEFEND apart from Distin who should play in the centre. Robert was blowing hot and cold again and at times was going back into lazy mode, but in saying that you cant blame the lad as espeacially in the first half he kept making good runs up the left but was never given the ball?
For two seasons we have been wanting a good left sided player and NOW when we have one we hardly use him. Carl Cort sorry but it's about time we had a bit of PAY BACK from him. The tractor boys should have been buried yesterday and on our performance I dont think we will keep the fourth spot. If our play overall is'nt tightend up and we are more consistant, and we do make C.L. and play against the cream of european teams we could be EMBARRASSINGLY mediocre???Yesterdays performance I'm afraid just isnt good enough. Oh yeah if Ferret reads this got the piccys !!had a good laugh thanks :)

I've seen the disallowed goals again and both were perfectly good, if anything his goal which counted was worse than the first two. Can't believe he missed the penalty, gutted. Damn poor performance which we better make up for against the Arse, then destroy Everon and Fulham and get our season back on track.

I have to agree a bit here. We should have won as the goals have looked fine? The ref had a total shocker. But, this doesnt get away from the fact that we still conceded two goals. I have to blame Dabizas mainly, O Brien had prob his worst game yet for us. Those two need a good shake for that. The team has to realise they can`t relax in any of these games.

Well, Lord love a duck, but I can sympathize with The Ferret. Between FA disciplinary committee decisions and the overall inconsistency of referreeing, it can be a bit exasperating by times.

It's infuriating at the best of times, but at this point in the season, it's enough to make a person completely postal. The contenders are so close to each other; every game is a must win game. There are no "freebie" left in the fixtures.

And while ManUtd might be putting on the dog that there's nothing for them to fret about, them being the natural rulers of the Premiership and all (sarcastic little thing, ain't I?), they're worried. They know that the pack snapping at their heels are hungry for a little fat cat snack.

Yes, thatīs true.
How can you blame the ref, if you miss a FREAKING PENALTY!!!
Blame the man who missed the OBVIOUS penalty.

That being said: they got the game (penalty) offered to them, but could not take it.. :roll Just make the damn penalty! Then there wouldīve been no reason to whine (maybe some, but win always makes you feel good)

JawD
Mar 18 2002, 07:51 AM
Ok, who first, Jimlad? I don`t think we are really going through a bad patch? we`ve played two of the top teams in the country, got beaten twice and drawn once in a game we should have won. We`ve then played a team we should have beat and drawn a game we would have won easily had one definate and maybe two perfectly good goals stood.

We played bad but still should have won. This when we are missing a vital player to us this season in Bellamy.

Going on to Jere, we`re not blaming the ref for missing the penalty. The penalty shouldn`t have made a difference. We should have won anyway.

Toon are not going through a bad patch, anyone would think we lost the bleeding game WE DID'NT.We are still in fourth spot far above where we thought we would be at Christmas, yes Chelsea are breathing down our necks makes the Prem even more exciting??? Shearer missed a penalty well FXXK me he must be the first player in the prem to miss.

But we should have been at least 3-2 up as the other two Shearer goals should have counted. If we were I have no doubt the penalty wouldn't have been given and if it was I think Shearer would have buried it. Knowing this ref if Shearer had scored he wouldn't have let it stand and would have blown for full time he was that much of a twat

Looks like penalty is not that secure goal anymore :) :) But on the other hand I remember Baggio/Ince/Batty/Southgate.. :) All wankers! Shearer should have made the goal.

Iīm just waiting for the next time Arse gets a penalty in the premier. They got one in CL (Depo, when match was already decided) and I recall Bergamps penalty in FA Cup (against Manu couple of years ago).. but with the lack of divers there are not many penalties going Arsenal way..

Yeah, we do miss Bellamy, but don`t you miss Owen? and doesn`t Arsenal miss Henry? and I`m sure MU would miss Van Nis as well. Doesn`t make us a poor team!!

At the end of the day we play our game attacking and with pace, if we loose some of that pace then the play will be effected.

Oh, and you can`t compare who beat who because each game is different and depends on injuries / suspensions / form and unfortunately refs on the day.

Yes your right sort of. We all know that we are over performing this season, are you saying that's a bad thing ?? We will get into Europe next season (whether it be Champions League or UEFA Cup) which means we can buy more quality players and actually spend a bit of money, this means come next season (especially if we're in the CL) then we will have a great side. Don't forget we've been in this position before (except we were actually good enough to be there and should have won the title) so we know exactly what we have to do.

Jimlad, our first choice XI is as good, if not better than yours. Your lot have a better squad. You can't get a squad much bigger than Arsenal, ManUre or Liverpool's, or you get miserable players on the bench. We will 'complete the jigsaw' in the summer, then our squad will be closer next season, to your's, than this season.

Come on Jim, admit it, our team has done great this season, considering where we left off last season. Give us some credit, and talk some sense man! No-one flukes their way to 4th place, and even if we collapsed to 6th, it would be disappointing, but not worse than our most hopeful expectations from last year....

Well done on qualifying for the Quarter Finals, great to see the English clubs doing so well....

Firstly newcsatle first team is not as good as liverpools ok. thats been proven, look at past results. who would get into our team that isnt in ours.

i will say one, dyer ahead of murphy. fancy a swap deal? that would be quality.

I ahve the upmost respect for bobby robson and what he has done this season, and the way have performed. i give u credit, and i hope u qualify for the champions league ahead of leeds scum and chelsea.

but at teh end of the day newcastle players arent top quality and they are all playing to the top of their abilty. the test will come next season when sides work out how to play against u, and defend deep to nulify bellamy's pace.

Ok well there is Shay Given who is the best keeper in the league this season, Dyer obviously, Shearer for Heskey, and Robert and Nobby on the wings. I also think that JJ could be better than Hamann as he's really not that good. However you do however a better team this season but remember you have not had 4 years of having your team ripped apart and then badly managed by KD and RG.

Oh dear oh dear. The geordies have finally gone mad. Newcastle's first 11 is better than liverpools. Go stand in the corner, and think about what you have said. Youre talking crap. Henchoz and Hyypia are the best defensive pair in the league. Coping fine without Owne, did you watch the game last night? Hamman, best defensive md in the league along with Keane.

I would call this a bad patch if i were you. You need to keep wining to winthe title. You gordies were saying you would win the title and now the reality is coming home. Therefore by not wining you are in a bad patch. Watch out for Chelsea. They may just claim that CL place off you.

Thats absolute fucking shite Phillip Craig. Are u newcastle fans becoming blinkered like leeds fans?

Dudek is better than given ok, end of story. Given is quality but not as good as dudek
Shearer is quality but he wouldnt get in our team because he doesnt suit our style of play, heskey does, who has pace shearer doesnt
Riise is better than robert. it was only a couple of weeks ago that u lot were having a dig at Robert, doesnt always give 100per cent.
Solano good yes, wouldnt play, because dyer would play right mid, gerrard and hamman centre mid.

Jenas is only 18, has huge potential yes, more of attacking mid unlike Didi who breaks up play, all good sides have one of these players. Vieria and keane for example.

STOP being so biased, ask evrybody apart from man u fans about liverpool they are widely respected and our players our better than yours.

I must agree there is a vast amount of room for improvement by Newcastle and thankfully to Bobby Robson we are now getting it?
Lets be honest we are still recovering from Kenny bloody Dalgeish as when he was appointed boss at the TOON he was like a cockerel in a hen house he literally fxxxxd everything, and Rudd well he sort of just carried on the rot. So it's fair to say we have had some difficult times and were lucky at one stage not to get relegated, but we did'nt and are slowly making a good come back under Bobby R. We've done far better than we expected this season and yeah we still might not make Champions League but stop harping on at us saying we are crap etc if we were crap we would'nt be fourth in the Prem if things keep going in the same direction all I can say is next season WATCH your backs :eek :laugh

Do they put something in the water in Newcastle? I think you need to remove the blinkers. Jim is spot on.

Think you'll find you two need to as well. To say that Dyer is not as good as Hamann is a joke Dyer would easily get into the center of your pitch meaning that Nobby currently the number 1 right winger in the country (look at the stats they don't lie) a place down the right. Football players, managers (international and club) and pundits as well have all said that Shay Given is the best keeper in the UK at the present time bar none. Some have also said he is the best shot stopper in the world and so far I've not seen anyone better at doing this. As for JJ yes maybe he wouldn't get into the first team but I'm sure you would have him in your squad. As for Shearer not being able to play alongside Owen, he seems to be doing a grand job next to Bellamy who is a very similar player.

Teams have begun to suss you out now and its only a matter of time before your strike force becomes ineffective. to suceed you need to develop different styles of play.

Somewhere on here either you or Jimlad suggests teams will defend deep. That really is not a problem as most of Bellamy and Shearers goals have come from built up play from the middle not from long balls which playing deep would prevent. You also don't think that one of the best managers in the world has the ablity to change the way the strike force plays. Remember if playing without Bellamys pace becomes a problem we can use our wingers to produce some great crosses (in fact Newcastle have the best crossing ability in the league, once again check the stats they don't lie)

At the end of the day, a CL place may just be an embarrasment for you. You need some experience in europe. Try the UEFA cup first. You need to learn about away form and keeping clean sheets in order to give yourselves a chance in any european competition.

We don't have a single player in our first team squad other than JJ who has not played International, UEFA Cup or Champions League football. Our manager is one of the best Managers in the world and so wouldn't have a problem with European football.

Maybe some of you Liverpool fans should stop living in the past, it's been Years since you won any of the important stuff just like with us so before cristising us maybe you should concentrate on getting maybe a Premiership title (or even a runners up spot) under your belt or more than one season in the Champions League.

thats why newcastle fans are talking rubbish, i totally agree taht solano is fantastic yes but u need a ball winner in thecentre of the park and dyer isnt one of them. Which pundits have u been listening to, dudek has been the best keeper in the league this season and i think we are going to have to disagree on this one. as for bellamy been a similar player to owen, thats correct, one slight difference owen is so much better its a complete joke to even mention them in the same breath.

Or will we now hear that bellamy is as good as OWEN?
I hope u lose tommorrow at arseanl and dont get champions league.

that's very true he's not so that's why you put Dyer in the center with a ball winner, no point in playing Dyer where he can't play at his absolute best and the way he had Nobby link up is fantastic.

That would make a change

HAHAH Owen is a very good player and Bellamy is a good player, Owen has being playing at the top level longer than Bellamy so Owen is bound to be better than him. But with work from Shearer and Bobby, Bellamy will be fantastic. He's only real problem is his gob and his shooting, two things whcih can be easily changed and trained.

I hope u lose tommorrow at arseanl and dont get champions league.
that's nice, should I ask why or is it just that everyone isn't agreeing with everything you say and you don't like not getting your own way ?

Dudek is far better than Given. Lets see, from where i was sat, he could have stopped both of Murphy's goals. Beaten near post!!!! Dudek is far better. Better all round keeper. Better distribution. Bellamy cant possibly compared to Owen. He's not on the same page as a footballer. Dyer. Has he won a tackle this season?
I think you'll find we won five imp[ortant trophies last season. Living in the past? i think not. UEFA cup, FA Cup, Worthington Cup, Charity Shield (not as important, but a showpiece that you werent present in) and the Super Cup, where if i recall correctly we beat a determined Bayern side. I think it is you who should stop living in the past and pretending that your a big club. You arent. The big three are Us, Man U and Arsenal. Dont even think about coming back to me and saying that you are because you arent. Simply not recognised throughout Europe never mind the world.

If we're so small and irrelavent, may I just ask what the hell you're doing in the Newcastle forums??? And why were we first to get a club forum, and why we are the biggest, and get more posts than anyone else? Could it be because noone posts anything of any interest in the LFC forum, or is it that noone bothers. Perhaps you just got board of all of them criticising everything and not being capable of saying anything positive. Have you heard of magnanimity by the way, crazy horse, well done to LFC for winnng the trophies last season and this. I just hope we can win something, so you can see how proper fans take success, as we have definitely shown you how real fans take defeat.
