Who is this thiago and what positions does he play?

You're talking about 2 different playesrs. Tiago Motta has been at Barca for years, coming through the youth system, and is one of our hottest young prospects. His performances in big matches like the Madrid games has earnt him many plaudits
I think as a defensive-minded player he is brilliant. I would say he is similar to Cocu, but better.

Tiago is a Benfica player. Camacho has hinted that Barca are interested, but I don't know much about him.

he's a left mid,any way Thiago motta is out injured he's supposed to have this operation done pretty soon.I thought Barca were looking for Defenders

I still prefer to sign Van Der Varrt, or put ronaldino on the left and buy deco to hold the centre. Then our midfield is unstoppable :salute :salute

i've got an idea. i think a few businessmen looking at clubs now as footballing markets weak and lookin to buy out clubs seeking to make a profit. if we get 5-6 of these in world football then the market can pick itself up in approx 3-4 years. during that time if ronaldinho hasent been a selfish basted nad performs consistently well for barca his price should increase to approx £35 mill. after that we can sell him to some italian team (inter?) seen as hes so keen to play there. by then we can buy arjen robben from PSV and Rafael Van Der Vaart from ajax and.....keep the change

If Barca gets 1 year through with succes i dont see reason why not sell Ronaldinho to inter for 40m€ and than pay only 20m€ for Van den Vart??
