To All the people in Rome

Hello dear Romans
I need your help
I'm planing a trip to Italy in the end of the month, and I have one free afternoon in Rome.
What should I do in it? leave all the tourism, it's already in the plan for the other days.
Please, suggestions about FOOTBALL, and Formula-1
Is it something like this in Rome? Is it worth to visit the Olimpico?

If there is a match going on, then yes go to the Olimpico. It's all close to each other in the centre of Rome so you wouldn`t have a problem reaching places.

F1? Well there are shops to buy stuff but no real F1 places or so I think.

In the Olimpico Area on summer they transform it in a kind of BIG GYM (this is the name of this event too) where the romans who remain in Rome during the summer goes to make some fitness, swimming or just to dance at night but well I dont think it deserve a visit for a person who comes from another country...

About football on june and july you'll hardly find anything, maybe some friendly match at the end of august.

Formula1 is not in Rome but in Monza (near Milan) and its on september...

I'm a fan of Foggia and obviously I'm Italian and I lived in Rome for 5-6 years

I like football in general, all teams and yes I dont like Juve much even if when they play a good football (as they did this year against RealMadrid) I watch to them with pleasure

Oh i forgot to tell a thing... I hate DelPiero, I'm a Baggio fan and I found ridicolous DelPiero on the WorlCup '98 and European 2000.

This season he played quiete well and maybe deserves to play in the national team but till 2000 Baggio was 10.000 times better...

If you read around the Juve forum, you'll notice that we share the same views on DP/Baggio ;) In my opinion DP is over rated, and juve should sell him this summer since he seems to have so many admirers (man utd, barca, etc...) and maybe get a quality forward like Mutu, etc...
