Lazio are seriously thinking of signing Bologna tower Julio Cruz for next season's campaign.

The Bianocelesti's sports director Oreste Cinquini met with the player's agent yesterday to agree to salary terms.

In the meantime Lazio seem to have agreed to hand over Colonnese, Dino Baggio, Baronio, and some cash to Bologna in exchange for the Argentine striker.

With the arrival of Cruz, Lazio could sell Corradi to Juve, who would in return hand over Maresca, Moretti, and Di Vaio on a one year loan to the Biancocelesti.

Cruz also could go to Inter according to the latest rumour. So Inter definitely is looking after a new striker even when Moratti firmly denies it.

I hope Cuper will decide for Montella instead of Cruz(if any of these rumours have a solid foundation). He already has collected many Argentinian flops, don't have to add another one.

Bologna Want 12 Million Euros For Cruz

It looks certain that Bologna tower Julio Cruz will play at Lazio next season, however, before the deal can be finalized, the teams need to reach an agreement over the player's price tag.

Sources close to SoccerAge are reporting the Rossoblù want 12 million Euros for the player, but Lazio would prefer to hand in players instead of cash.

Baronio, Berrettoni and Colonnese in exchange for the Argentine is Lazio's offer.
