Also ppl like William , the Queen, posh spice etc are not moving so you gradually go down during the week despite getting a healthy divi. I had 980k when the "kneecapping" took place, was at 1.2m in share this morning, have invested it all in Rowling, just to try and get to 7m by monday and then I get a car symbol, and have the same as robmeehan, so should be cool.

Only at 17869 on the overall chart though!!

Today the board has announced bold new moves to invigorate the market. There will be changes to both the price movement system and dividend calculations.

Effective immediately, dividend rates will be reduced to ensure that the current level of inflation in the market is brought into line with predicted growth rates for the market. Recent weeks have seen huge sums being paid out in dividends, a situation which the board sees as unsustainable and dangerous to the health of the market. In effect calculations will be based on the same data but the formula used to calculate the amounts payable will be changed to ensure a more sustainable level of percentage yield per share.

At the same time there will also be the introduction of a new system for the calculation of share movements. The new system takes into account a broader range of criteria and cross references. Its not really fairer, what they have done is take away the dividends essentially - they are so low they might as well have, as now it makes more sense to trade than it does to wait - but now all everyone is doing is picking the fastest moving share and it goes up higher and higher then a new one moves and everyone jumps on that. So doesnt matter whats in the papers anymore all that matters is whose price is climbing fastest.
