Not bigger problem than anywhere else (specialy in Finalnd :D).
Yes it does, but speed driving and stupid overtaking are by far greatest problems and in most cases they are not connected with driving drunk, for example only 7% of car accidents in Croatia in past year were caused by alcohol. A lot more by speed driving (specialy by young ppl).
