In case you dont know, Magic_H has received a lifetime ban for taking yesterdays post match 'banter' too far.

On behalf of Magic_H I would like to take this moment to apologise to Sparky or anyone else who was offended by comments regarding potters bar yesterday. Although it was heat of the moment drunken comments which were not meant literally, H realises the comments, were inappropriate, misguided, uncalled for and way out of order.

Magic_H would like to say sorry to all whom were affected by those or any other comments made yesterday and fully understands and accepts the justified ban handed out.

I think he was a little scouse idiot most the time and he didnt hold me in the highest regards but sparky is a top man and took his comments on the chin(i think?) well thats the way it appeared. Whenever United lose, especially to someone like Liverpool or City, i drink all night and when i get my 'funny' City mates or whoever texting me i usually reply back to em **** off and die you ugly bastard being 100& serious at the time. Im in a mood for the next 2 days to anyone around, so i can understand why magic said what he did. Sounded very drunk as well. But if Sparky took offence which he was entitled to fair play it aint up to me is it.

H, has on past occasions been quite vocal in opposing the singing of shipman and munich songs by liverpool fans both on this forum and at the game. It is obvious Magic H lost his rag yesterday for whatever reason and disrespecting the dead of potters bar is out of character, hence the reason for the apology. No excuses on that score, H was wrong and knows a ban was justified.

Some of the banter on here has been a little bit close to the knuckle at times, and Im sure Magic H has tested the patience of moderators on more than one occasion, but in the main, its good natured banter between H and mancunians and other fans, with you tube clips of the Kersal massive, etc.

Looking through the threads yesterday, what is also apparant is a lot of other posts aside from the incriminating 'potters bar' one, by Magic H which were genuine banter, which other posters have commented on and laudghed about afterwards. H is good mates with a couple of Man United fans believe it or not, and does not want the whole Mancunian population to die! just like boovys post about preventing liverpool people from breeding a tongue in cheek comment on a football forum should not be taken literally.

Maybe the people who would have Magic H tarred and feathered would like to think about that.

And what he said is worth a lifetime ban? Ive been told to go and die plenty of times on this forum and never seen any action taken of what was said. And to be honest, if people say it, then they say it, most of the time its coming from someone who doesent know you from a bar of soap. Its only words that any fool can type up on a internet forum and say it, but deep down i bet no one ever means it by wishing death on someone else.

The whole thread was a farce, tbh you were probably the voice of reason in it. Shanks and AHM were just as bad as eachother.....though I did feel AHM answered the question more than once.
